Summer Like Saturn

So last night I played for the first time at The Lark Distillery! I played alongside several other acts, all of which were top notch! We each had a 30min spot; so short and sharp! The atmosphere was really nice, as my mate said it felt like a lounge room, which I think really captured the vibe!

So today started out like most others, with an hour of guitar practice. Today I had a meeting with some lovely people who organise the live music for a number of venues in my city’s waterfront area. I have a trial in the coming weeks, and if all goes well I’ll have a busy schedule! I do need to buy a PA system though, which I thought I would have to for a while now; it’s a tool of the trade really! It will motivate me to get gigs to pay it off!
